These go to BuyGoods and the manufacturer. We are an independently published scorecard with no access to order records and no ability to issue a refund.
Their details are on your order confirmation and the checkout page. Have your order number and delivery date ready — and given the 30-day use condition, act well before day sixty.
Challenge a grade
If you think a grade is wrong, tell us why and we will look again. One correction would be especially valuable: a photograph of the Supplement Facts panel from a recently purchased bottle would settle the label accuracy grade directly.

Allergen questions go to the manufacturer
Because the label and the sales page disagree about shellfish content, we cannot answer allergen questions responsibly and will not try. Ask the manufacturer for confirmation in writing, and if you have a serious allergy, do not take the product until you have it.
Symptoms that need a doctor, not a supplement
- A joint that is hot, red, or visibly swollen — especially one joint with fever
- Morning stiffness lasting more than an hour
- Joint pain with fever, rash, or unexplained weight loss
- Pain that wakes you at night or is present at rest
- Sudden severe pain in one joint, or inability to bear weight
- Any joint symptoms in a child
Several of these point to inflammatory arthritis, gout, or joint infection rather than ordinary wear. Septic arthritis is urgent and can damage a joint within days.
