Disclaimer
Not medical advice
What appears on this site is educational background. None of it is medical advice, none of it creates a doctor-patient relationship, and none of it should take the place of a consultation.
Joint-specific warning
JointBrex is a dietary supplement. It is not a treatment for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or any other joint disease, and no oral supplement rebuilds cartilage. Do not substitute it for prescribed treatment, physiotherapy, or medical assessment. Joint pain with heat, redness, swelling, fever, or night waking may indicate inflammatory arthritis or joint infection and needs prompt medical attention — septic arthritis can damage a joint within days.
About our grades
The grades on this site are our editorial opinion, formed by applying published criteria to the product's Supplement Facts panel as supplied in project materials and to its reference sales page as it appeared at the time of writing. They are assessments of formulation, disclosure, and marketing accuracy — not measurements of clinical effect, which we have not tested and which no trial of this finished product exists to establish. Where a label line gave no standardisation percentage we estimated, and chose assumptions favourable to the product.
On the label discrepancy
We report a factual difference between the product's Supplement Facts panel and claims made on its reference sales page. We report what each document states. We make no allegation that any product is counterfeit, adulterated, unsafe, or fraudulently sold, and nothing here should be read that way. Formulations and labels change; verify against the bottle you receive.
FDA position
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
There is no such thing as an FDA-approved dietary supplement, so any product described that way is being described inaccurately. What a manufacturer can legitimately say is that production takes place in an FDA-registered facility — a fact about the building, not an endorsement of what comes out of it.
Documented interactions
- Turmeric / curcumin — anticoagulants and antiplatelets, diabetes medication, gallstones and bile duct obstruction, surgery within two weeks
- Coleus Forskohlii — antihypertensives and nitrates, anticoagulants, increased gastric acid secretion
- BioPerine / piperine — raises absorption of a wide range of medications, potentially increasing their effective dose
Allergens
Gelatin appears in the capsule shell, which rules the product out for vegetarian and vegan diets. On shellfish the two source documents contradict each other, so neither can be relied upon. Anyone with a shellfish allergy or a religious or ethical dietary restriction should write to the manufacturer and get an answer in writing before taking it.
Results vary
Anything described reflects what ingredients are formulated to support. Nothing here is a guarantee or a statement of typical results.
No testimonials graded or published
This site publishes no named reviewers, star ratings, review counts, or aggregate rating markup, and our criteria contain no satisfaction score, because we cannot verify any of it.
Affiliate relationship
We earn commission on qualifying purchases through our links, at no extra cost to you. It has not shaped the grades, which are unfavourable. Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" per FTC 16 CFR Part 255.
See the Grades Before You Decide
We grade seven criteria and JointBrex passes two of them. If you have read the scorecard and still want to try it, our pricing page carries the current totals, the conflicting figures we found, and the interaction warnings.
